Know what your minimum acceptable salary would be.

Develop a positive attitude about previous employment.

If you are interested in the position, always follow-up with a "Thank You" letter.

Conduct yourself from a position of strength, try to remain at ease, be CONFIDENT!

Prepare questions about salary, benefits, work schedules, travel, special situations, advancement, etc... to ask the interviewer.

Be prepared for personal questions regarding marital status, children, child care, and time management. Decide in advance how you want to respond.
